[PRO] Precision Gas Targeting

Precision Gas Targeting allows you to choose your place in line during a mint by monitoring pending transactions and setting your gas to have your token mint within the parameter you set.

For example, if there are 1000 tokens left in a public mint and you want to ensure you get in the first half, you would set "500" for PGT and your gas will auto-set prio and max to mint within the first 500 tokens.
